Explored the vibrant city with boutique shops and enjoyed exciting events. Staff led me to the Botanical Garden. the city is surrounded by hiking trails. Visited the Crystal Bridges Museum. Amenities made me feel at home.
Sleeping on a sagging duffel bag would have been comfier.

Stayed here for 2 days, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with marvellous and comfy location close to everything. Location: the property was close to Sleep Inn Fayetteville, great restaurants and all the big restaurants including Chilies in the parking lot. I tried some drinks at bar Chili's Grill & Bar, located 20 minutes walk away.

The rooms and furnature were very nice! The location was easy to find and in a good location to the city. The staff was friendly and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
The complimentary breakfast was a little lacking I thought, but that could be because I got there later.

I stayed in a double room which had climate control, a TV, and even a microwave 📺. the location of this place was super convenient, being close to electrical outlets, shopping centers, and plenty of restaurants - including Chilies in the parking lot.

Competent staff. Very clean facilities. Nice place to stay.
No complaints with the hotel or its staff, but rather with the guests in the third-floor room directly above ours. Their nighttime activities were quite noisy and kept us awake late into the night...sounded like they were stomping around on the floor.

The room was just the right size for one person--it would have been crowded for my husband and I both. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. It was clean but not immaculate. It was nice to have bacon with the breakfast but I would have liked to have fresh biscuits or donuts and fresh fruit. I did not expect to have a refrigerator and microwave so it was a nice surprise but I might have brought a few snacks if I had known ahead of time. It was nice to have a complimentary copy of the Wall Street Journal--a local newspaper would have been nice too. I appreciated the free wifi.
I felt like it was a little overpriced. They did give me a corporate discount since I was with the local hospital (as an employee) but it was still about $10 too much. There was not a swimming pool but after I got there they said I could swim at the hotel next door--if I had known that I would have brought my bathing suit. The first room I stayed in was quite a long walk for me whether I used the cart or not. After getting all settled in and relaxed, I discovered that the air conditioner was leaking and the carpet was soaking wet by the a/c. I called the office and they gave me the option of moving or not. I chose to move which was a lot of trouble for me and I would have liked to have been compensated for it or given a discount for my next stay. The person on duty was helpful then but when I first arrived he was aloof; the morning employee (a lady) was friendly. The desk chair was very uncomfortable but the television was very nice.
